We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated. Thank you for understanding, this is a child free event.

We have reserved/payed for rooms. We also payed for breakfast in the lobby for all our guest. You should receive a voucher upon check in.

Yes, Elite Services will be shuttling our guest to and from the hotel. You are allowed to drive if you would like but please use the shuttle if you plan on drinking.

The Trillium Venue has a little bit of both. The plan is to be married on the terrace overlooking the mountains, which has no cover. We have a rain contingency plan under the covered outdoor pavilion. The dinner will be inside and during the reception the doors can remain open and allow people to be in and out of all areas.

We want all guest to be comfortable. As long as you don't wear a white dress, no worries. If you do want to match the theme of the event, we are doing pastel colors. Think Spring/Easter.

So, the dinner is under the RSVP section. We will also have hors d'œuvres served during cocktail hour and snacks after dinner. Don't forget the wedding cake! Drinks will be provided and the bars will have beer, wine and signature drinks inspired by our cats who have recently passed. Merlin and Oreo.

Yes! We will have 2 bar areas and we have paid gratuities in advance so no need to bring cash or card.

We know that the economy isn't kind right now and do not expect anything. If you feel the urge to gift us something on our special day we are asking for gift cards or cash to go towards our honeymoon. We will have a card box on the welcome table at our venue.

Drinks will stop being served at 930pm and the venue should be vacated at 10pm. We do not have any plans for an after party. We are in a tourist area, so feel free to enjoy Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg while you are in town. Just be safe doing so, especially if you are drinking.

We know everyone is going to want to snap pictures during the ceremony.. but we ask that during that time, you let the photographers do their job. Please refrain from taking your own pictures until the reception.

We are not big into social media. We would appreciate it if you do not post pictures of us without our permission. At least until after we have gotten our pictures back from our photographer.
